Jeanette E. Cueva, M.D. and David Sert Krakow, M.D. established Bioscience Research, LLC, a private clinical research center located in Mount Kisco, in 2002. Dr. Cueva and Dr. Krakow have been involved in research since 1990 in various areas, including Addiction, Mood Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, Pervasive Developmental Disorders, Disruptive Behavior Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders in children, adolescents and adults.

Clinical Studies
Pharmaceutical companies constantly develop new medications, and look for new uses for medications that are already FDA approved. This requires clinical studies to be conducted before medicines receive FDA approved. Volunteering to participate in these clinical trials offers people an excellent no-cost treatment option and provides free, thorough psychiatric and medical evaluation.

Adult Depression Study
- Are you an adult between the ages of 18 to 70?
- Are you depressed?
- Are you sad most of the time?
- Do you feel tired and hopeless?
- Have you lost interest in your usual activities and hobbies?
Bioscience research is conducting a clinical research study evaluating the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug for depression.
If you are qualified, you will receive a free study related diagnostic screening and evaluation, lab tests, a physical examination, an ECG, and study medication.
All necessary office visits, medical evaluations, and study medications will be provided free to qualified patients.

Adult ADHD Study
- Do you have ADHD?
- Are you at least 18?
- Are you easily distracted?
- Is it hard for you to pay attention to detail?
- Are you forgetful in daily activities?
- Are you having a hard time focusing at work?
- Are your personal relationships suffering?
- Do you live with a partner and at least one child?
We are presently recruiting adult male and female volunteers to participate in a clinical research study testing a medication that is FDA approved for the treatment of adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
If you are qualified, you will receive a free study-related diagnostic screening and evaluation, lab tests, a physical examination, an ECG, and an FDA approved study medication.

- Are you a woman between the ages 18 and 65?
- Do you feel overly anxious and worried all the time?
- Do you have difficulty controlling worry?
- Are you feeling restless, irritable, and having trouble sleeping?
Bioscience research is conducting a medical research study evaluating the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug for Generalized Anxiety Disorder.

Adult Schizophrenia Study
- Are you a person with schizophrenia between the ages 18 and 65?
- Do you feel unsatisfied with your current schizophrenia medication?
- Have you been “stable” (no hospitalization or exacerbation of schizophrenia) for at least two months?
Bioscience research is conducting a medical research study evaluating the safety and tolerability of an investigational drug for schizophrenia.

Child and Adolescent Depression Study
- Is your child is between the ages of 7-17?
- Does your child experience frequent sadness?
- Does your child have less interest in activities that she or he used to enjoy?
- Is your child experiencing low energy?
- Social isolation?
- Increased anger or irritability?
- Difficulty in school?
We are presently recruiting children and teens between the ages of 7 and 17 to participate in a clinical research study to investigate a new medication for children and teens with depression.
If your child is qualified, she or he will receive a free study related diagnostic screening and evaluation, lab tests, a physical examination, an ECG, and study medication.
All necessary office visits, medical evaluations, and study medications will be provided free to qualified patients.
